Role Overview
Drive strategic business initiatives across JLL marketing by coordinating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to formulate, execute, and optimize business strategies that support organizational growth and market leadership objectives. This high-impact position offers significant exposure to C-suite executives and the opportunity to shape JLL's strategic direction on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination & Leadership
Collaborate directly with C-suite executives, regional directors, and business unit leaders to develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with JLL's global objectives. Facilitate cross-functional strategic planning sessions and ensure seamless communication between senior stakeholders throughout all strategy development phases. Lead the translation of executive vision into executable strategic roadmaps.
Program & Project Management Excellence
Lead high-visibility strategic programs and projects from conception through execution, managing complex timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple business lines. Successfully manage multiple programs simultaneously, where each program encompasses several smaller interconnected projects that must be delivered cohesively for overall program success. Coordinate multiple workstreams across various initiatives while maintaining quality standards and meeting critical milestones for business strategy implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal senior leaders, external clients, and key strategic partners. Present strategic recommendations and project updates to executive leadership, translating complex business concepts into actionable insights and clear communication frameworks. Serve as primary liaison between program teams and senior stakeholders.
Business Analysis & Strategy Formulation
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and internal capability evaluations to inform strategic decision-making. Develop compelling business cases, sophisticated financial models, and thorough risk assessments supporting strategic initiatives across multiple business lines. Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytical frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with regional teams, service lines, and corporate functions to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution. Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions that bring together diverse perspectives to strengthen business strategy development. Champion organizational change management initiatives supporting strategic transformation.
Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field
- MBA strongly preferred
- PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification required(status: In Good Standing)
- Must be supported by either PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent alternatives
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive business experience
- Minimum 5 years of program management experiencewith demonstrated escalating responsibility
- At least 3 years in strategic planning or business development roleswithin professional services, real estate, or consulting environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with senior executive involvement
- Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver measurable results and drive organizational growth
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and other enterprise PM platforms
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence tools
