Join JLL's elite JBS PDS (Project Delivery Services) team as aProject Coordinator - Data Analysisand become an essential analytical support pillar for our project management excellence. This is your opportunity to ensure data-driven decision making and comprehensive reporting across our global commercial real estate operations through systematic data collection, analysis, and visualization.
What this job involves:
You'll be the analytical backbone of JLL's project data integrity, providing critical insights through systematic data collection, analysis, and reporting. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that all project metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators are accurately captured, analyzed, and presented to support informed decision-making across multiple project management platforms including AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Teams.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Collect, validate, and organize project data from multiple sources and project management platforms
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support project decision-making
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all project tracking systems and databases
• Support project teams with ad-hoc data requests, metric calculations, and performance reporting needs
• Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent data collection methods and reporting standards
• Provide analytical support for project performance monitoring, budget tracking, and resource utilization analysis
• Assist in developing KPIs, metrics frameworks, and data collection processes for continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field (or Associate degree with relevant analytical experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and statistical functions
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) for creating dashboards and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data validation, quality control, and reporting
• Clear communication skills for presenting analytical findings to project teams and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with project management platforms (AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced Excel certifications, Power BI certification, or data analytics credentials
• Background in providing analytical support to project teams or professional services environments
• Experience with SQL, database querying, or data extraction from multiple systems
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for regional support coordination
• Training in business intelligence, data analytics, or project performance measurement methodologies
