Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery. Develop and implement process improvements for program management. Manage a variety of programs/projects for completeness and compliance. Guide prioritization of projects and utilization of resources. Deliver progress reports to leadership. Develop performance metrics and dashboards. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Steer programs through the lifecycle with sponsors and stakeholders. Lead end-to-end execution of multiple strategic programs within the enterprise portfolio. Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved proactively. Build strong relationships with program sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. Facilitate decision-making forums, program reviews, and status updates with clarity and impact. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on program scope, trade-offs, and resource prioritization. Maintain program documentation, charters, and progress dashboards to enable visibility and alignment. Drive adherence to enterprise program governance standards and processes. Provide concise, data-driven updates to the Senior Director and executive leadership. Leverage lessons learned to strengthen future program execution and reduce delivery risk. Lead and mentor program managers and analysts assigned to enterprise initiatives. Align resources effectively across programs to maximize impact and efficiency. Promote professional growth, accountability, and a high-performance culture. Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Partnering closely with senior leaders and functional teams, the Director will bring structure, transparency, and accountability to program execution while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution. Expert in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches). Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
