As aSeniorProjectManageratEvinova, you willdirectly manageprojects of all complexity levels,for a designated account,ensuring successful delivery throughprojectplanning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile execution. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can navigate complex clinical operations landscapes, andisn’tafraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate combines project managementexpertisewith anunderstanding of digitalhealthecosystems. The role requires someone who can effectively manage projects by coordinating teams, resolving dependencies and issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and driving progress to keep delivery on track. You will look for practical, win-winsolutionsand motivate teams to achieve project goals in line with agreed plans.
Deliver multipleconcurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ownreporting andrisk trackingfor your project, providing clear,accurate, andtimelyupdates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
Be the face ofyour project;willing to pick up the phone, deliver tough messages with empathy, and win customer confidence through credibility, clarity, and consistency.
Operate within the bounds of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g.,GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), with a strong understanding of Clinical Operations andeCOA(electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments).
You are highly organized, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy. You have experience inmanaging projects for enterprise customersand a foundational understanding of clinical operations. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business Administration, ora relateddiscipline.
