TS/SCI W POLY
The successful candidate shall have:
- The ability to travel locally between various WMA sites as required.
- Experience with project management techniques of technical projects, to include project documentation, schedule and budget templates.
- Demonstrated performance with moving large volume network capabilities and equipment between buildings ensuring capabilities throughout the move.
- The ability to manage multiple and competing tasking simultaneously.
- Experience working with project SMEs and stakeholders at all project levels to drive consensus, communicate status, and execute assignments.
- Capable of performing duties with minimal guidance, a self-starter with a strong degree of initiative.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, adept at anticipating problems and creating solutions.
- Ability to communicate project needs in a politically astute manner and appreciate the diverse/nuanced skillsets of project stakeholders involved in each project at all project levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project partners across organizational and functional boundaries.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with effective interpersonal skills to include excellent oral and written communications.
- 12 years of experience in lieu of degree
Desired:
- Minimum of 6 years of Network installation and troubleshooting experience (or related network operations experience)
Oversees and plays an integral part of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
