Position Summary...
As the Manager, Project Management, you will be a key driver of enablement and process excellence. You'll lead the execution and improvement of business-critical projects, focusing on structured documentation, system optimization, and empowering teams to deliver their best work. This role blends creativity, efficiency, and technical proficiency across all facets of project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will work from our Bentonville, AR office and report to a Senior Manager of Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Activation.

What you'll do...
- Optimize SharePoint sites for better navigation, resource management, and user experience
- Update and implement policies and playbooks to meet best practices and compliance
- Design and lead workshops to support project ideation and cross-functional collaboration
- Deliver end-to-end project management support (scheduling, documentation and follow-up)
- Track and report on OKRs and KPIs to measure project progress and impact
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional writing and documentation skills— for clear SOPs, playbooks, and policies.
- A process improvement mindset, with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Experience in SharePoint management and information architecture.
- Creative thinker and workshop facilitation expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed, cross-functional environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
