What you'll do...
Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR
Manager, Project Management, Replenishment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to address complex item file issues by collaborating with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations, and building strong relationships with executives and directors across Logistics, Merchandising, and Store Operations.
- Lead strategic item file projects by organizing timelines, directing strategy design sessions, educating cross-functional teams on project management and process improvement, and reporting results to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of solutions, tools, and processes across business units by reviewing proposals, tracking deliverables, resolving discrepancies, and verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Assume Senior Project Manager responsibilities in their absence, providing guidance to project teams, advising business owners, and escalating high-priority issues as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, setting goals, measuring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and fostering a culture of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and providing guidance on best practices.
