Program/Project management Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Yield are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan. Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups. Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures. Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions. Ensure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implemented Work with the Frontend SPMO network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site. Work with MCT to ensure PAC projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budget Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance disciplines.
