Overall RFP and Tender management; Contract terms and conditions discussions and finalization with successful bidders Post contract management (Change order, Insurance, Bonds, Milestones, Payments, Claims, Project Close out) Ensure accountability of the General Contractor to meet performance expectations under the contract, including providing scorecards Work with commercial program managers assigned to the project to publish timely reports for cost, schedule, and performance Participate in Project level meetings and report out to the rest of the Procurement team on major changes or initiatives that could impact the project Serve as the primary contact for commercial items related to the project once it enters the execution phase Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering. PMP and or RICS certification or equivalent, preferred Required Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills Experience with various types of contracts, including familiarity with FIDIC Contract Experience in construction of major construction projects Proficient in MS office Strong analytical and prioritization skills Able to speak and write English and Japanese .
