Terms of Service

Welcome to ProjectManagement.Jobs (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a legally binding agreement between you and Maya Hawthorne Inc., doing business as ProjectManagement.Jobs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Job Listings

Employers may post job listings on the Platform. By posting, you represent and warrant that all information is accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings and for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading postings.

3. Job Applications

Job seekers using the Platform agree to provide truthful and accurate information in applications and related materials. ProjectManagement.Jobs does not participate in hiring decisions and cannot guarantee the authenticity of job listings. We encourage all Users to perform their own due diligence before engaging with an employer or job seeker.

4. User Content

You may post, upload, or submit materials such as resumes, cover letters, and job listings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant ProjectManagement.Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your User Content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or Platform personnel.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another User’s account.
  • Use automated methods (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Platform.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

7. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maya Hawthorne Inc. d/b/a ProjectManagement.Jobs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECTMANAGEMENT.JOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
