However, HS will always request your explicit consent before submitting your resume to any outside employer or client.

  • Standard: Full profile view
  • Premium/Enterprise: Full profile, updates, and resume download privileges

Employers may contact you directly based on the information available to them.

  • Conduct staffing and recruiting outreach (HS)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • MHI does not control external ATS platforms or employer websites.
  • MHI is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, accuracy, or security of any third-party system.
  • Once you leave the Platform, any information you submit is governed solely by the third party’s privacy policy and terms.
  • MHI cannot modify, delete, or access information you provide directly to a third-party ATS or employer.
  • MHI does not monitor or guarantee communication, follow-up, or hiring decisions made by external employers or platforms.

We strongly encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party site before submitting personal information.


13. Aggregated Job Listings and Third-Party Data Sources

ProjectManagement.Jobs aggregates job listings from external sources. Aggregated data may include job descriptions, employer information, and application links provided by third-party sites.

You understand and agree that:

  • Aggregated listings may not always be complete, current, accurate, or verified.
  • MHI does not control or guarantee job availability, job status, salary accuracy, employer legitimacy, or description details provided by external sources.
  • MHI does not endorse or validate any third-party job listing or employer.
  • Information associated with aggregated jobs is subject to the privacy practices of the originating source.

MHI provides aggregated listings solely as a convenience for users.


14. Data Responsibility and Limitations for External Parties

MHI maintains responsibility only for information collected and stored on the ProjectManagement.Jobs platform or through HS operations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Employers who download resumes or access candidate profiles become independent data controllers of that information.
  • Employers may store, use, or process your information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
  • MHI cannot enforce or guarantee employer compliance with employment, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.
  • MHI is not liable for employer misuse, unauthorized retention, or improper handling of data once accessed or downloaded by the employer.
  • If you wish to modify or delete data held by an employer, you must contact the employer directly.

These limitations align with common industry practices for job boards and staffing platforms.
