We'd love to hear from people with: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's/MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, PMO/portfolio leadership, or management consulting, preferably in Retail/QSR/CPG or complex global supply chains. 5+ years leading teams with responsibility for cross-functional program delivery, executive communications, and change management. Demonstrated success operating as a single-threaded leader for enterprise-scale initiatives and partnering with senior executives, including CSCO/ELT stakeholders. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
