This is a unique chance to lead Adobe’s most important product initiatives from India, build a strong PM team, and influence how enterprises transform customer experience with AI.
We want a proven, visionary, and technically proficient Director of Product Management to lead the next wave of innovation in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) based in India. This role demands a product leader who pairs deep technical skills with understanding of customer needs and a good sense for business. You will set the product direction, advance platform innovation in data and GenAI, and engage with global collaborators to deliver scalable enterprise solutions for customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Define and guide the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Adobe Experience Platform.
- Lead and encourage a team of product managers to deliver world-class SaaS experiences that scale across enterprise and mid-market segments for global customers.
- Build the product roadmap by synthesizing customer insights, market shifts, and new technologies - including GenAI, Agentic AI, data platforms.
- Influence global collaborators and champion global product initiatives at Adobe’s executive table.
- Partner with engineering, develop, research, and GTM to implement with excellence - from concept to launch to iteration.
- Build strong external connections with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and industry leaders to anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Drive data-informed decisions - set success metrics, analyze usage, and course-correct rapidly.
- Mentor, grow, and develop a high-performing PM team, encouraging future leaders.
What You Bring
- 18+ years of professional experience, with at least 10+ years in Product Management leadership roles across product organizations.
- Verified experience in launching and growing B2C and B2B SaaS products - ideally across multiple global regions.
- A proven history of developing and growing global enterprise products.
- Deep expertise in data platforms and GenAI.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Educational background: Computer Science + MBA or equivalent experience from a Tier 1 institution (preferred).
- A passion for customer impact, innovation, and crafting the future of work through digital experiences.
