We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services Team in Copenhagen. As a key leader in Adobe’s Professional Services organization, you will drive the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring that they achieve their business goals using Adobe solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.

What you’ll do
1. Program Leadership & Strategic Value Creation
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships throughout project cycles to understand customer business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Professional Services engagements, ensuring alignment with teams such as Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success.
- Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales execution, translating customer requirements into actionable project plans.
- Develop and deliver CxO-ready presentations, including return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, to drive value realization discussions.
- Assess customers’ current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes, identifying and prioritizing key use cases and value drivers.
2. Program & Project Management
- Resource Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and partners, to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide delivery teams to uphold Adobe’s commitment to quality and innovation in customer success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Process Improvement: Advocate for and implement best practices in delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in delivering complex, transformational projects/programs.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in Customer Experience Management (CXM), including Digital Marketing, CRM, and related technologies.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Nordics market, including business culture and operational nuances in Sweden and Denmark.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex project challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish (any other scandinavian language would be a plus)
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project, along with expertise in Agile delivery frameworks.
