As aTechnology Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery ofLynxmedication inventory management systemsoftware/hardwareimplementation projects withMcKesson’sdrug distributioncustomer portfolio.You’llwork closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget—while aligning with strategic goals and customer expectations.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor project progress usingappropriate tools; report status, escalate issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
Critical Skills
4+ years of experience managing system implementation projects
Proven experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
PMP Certification (preferred)
Experience withsystem to systemintegrations/interfaces
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
Experience using project management software likeSmartsheet
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Experience in healthcare technology or electronic systems implementation

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
