Lead end-to-end warehousing and logistics operations for our new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role requires establishing operational systems from the ground up, implementing regulatory-compliant processes, and building a high-performing logistics organization. You will design and execute logistics strategies that support rapid business growth while maintaining pharmaceutical quality standards. Section 2: About the Job
Main Accountabilities
Project Execution and Management
• Leading and managing Supply Chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. In alignment with Head of SC projects & performance
• Developing project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with various departments to allocate the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) for project execution.
• Managing project resources effectively to optimize their usage and maintain efficient project flow.
• Raise and own change controls and change actions as required.
• Raise and lead deviation investigation as required.
• Collecting relevant data to support decision-making processes within the project.
• Conducting data analysis to inform project adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Aware of ongoing projects (global & local) impacting Site SC
• Projects can include but not limited to shipping validation, equipment validation, new warehouse build, warehouse change/migration, SAP functional changes, sampling programme, warehousing automation.
New launches:
• Ensure SC input for industrialization, life cycle management
• Ensure proper handover of industrialization project to SC Launch/ Lifecycle lead (SC readiness production plan, raw mat sourcing, clinical demand, ...)
Site SC Performance
• Monthly SC Performance review at PCU / APU & Site level incl. Root cause analysis and follow-up action plan
• Regularly reporting on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain Projects and other stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications for job posting (not for Job Description)
Expected Experience
· Significant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Supply Chain or project management capacity. (+3 years)
· Significant experience in working with third-party logistics providers including RFP/ RFQ processes
Expected Technical skills
· In-depth expertise in project management (proven track record)
· Working knowledge to lead shipping validation and equipment validation programmes
· Functional expertise in SAP WM/ iSHIFT WHM modules to be able to raise change requests and drive implementation through UAT and go-live.
· Autonomy and decision-making: Ability to work independently and make informed decisions within the scope of responsibilities.
· Strong communication skills incl. critical thinking and challenging with a strong ability to analyze problems and build solutions
· Strong GMP compliance mindset
