Your ability to deliver results in the following areas will be the key to success: Engage stakeholders and business partners to execute payment and fraud project ideation. Autonomously drive the planning on highly complex digital platform integration projects. Develop and nurture cross-functional collaborative teams to deliver technical platform integrations, meeting all project goals and schedules. Successfully balance payment and fraud risks against enterprise business objectives. Manage vendor relationships, including contracting, invoicing, and escalations. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the broader Program Management team. Adapt to shifting priorities and schedules. As a senior project manager, Payments & Fraud, you will Drive the completion of our Enterprise Payment Enablement (EPE) project. Represent the Payments, Fraud and Business Intelligence (PFBI) team on enterprise projects and consultation requests. Deliver projects in accordance with project management processes, including established standards and industry best practices to ensure thorough, timely, and on-budget delivery. Lead the definition of project scope, requirements, and business objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring project feasibility. Ensure all technical and business initiatives adhere to the overall team strategy, leading process improvement where required. Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, and relevant internal stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage the enterprise payments and Fraud platform roadmaps. We'd love to hear from people with... 5+ years project management experience, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications. Experience representing business teams, or experience in digital payments and fraud is a plus. 5 yrs managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects. 5 yrs building and mentoring teams. 2 yrs mentoring other project managers in program and project management. 5 yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
