Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, R&D, and finance to define project requirements and success criteria. Establish project charters, execution strategies, change management and preliminary schedules, and budgets. Develop and present business cases, feasibility studies, and conceptual designs to support investment decisions. Facilitate resource allocation and set up integrated project team for smooth execution and decision making across core team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external parties/suppliers/contractors. Facilitate design reviews, value engineering sessions, and risk workshops to optimize project outcomes. Build trust and alignment across technical and business teams. Facilitate support contract preparation ensuring clear standard of work (SOW), deliverables, milestone payment, acceptance criteria, penalty terms, close-out requirements, and lessons learned. Ensure alignment with corporate standards, safety, and sustainability goals during early project phases. Establish, coordinate, and support stage gating program across network.
