Join our Team About this opportunity: Ericsson is seeking a Senior FOA (First Office Application) Project Manager with solid telecommunications experience to lead the initial field deployment of new technological solutions in real customer environments. This role is critical to ensuring a successful transition from lab testing to scalable commercial rollouts, guaranteeing technical compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. As a technical and management reference, you will collaborate with multiple global teams on high-visibility projects with strategic impact. What you will do: Lead end-to-end FOA projects with key customers, from planning through execution and closure. Act as the main point of contact for customers, integrating technical vision with a commercial approach. Coordinate cross-functional teams: R&D, Engineering, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Operations, and Product Management. Manage field testing, functional validations, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Identify risks and define mitigation plans during the introduction of new solutions (hardware/software/network). Ensure the delivery of key KPIs: quality, timelines, costs, stability, and technical alignment. Document results, technical findings, and lessons learned to feed back into the development cycle. Represent Ericsson in highly technical and strategic environments with customers and partners. You will bring: University degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience managing technical projects in the telecommunications sector. Deep knowledge of mobile networks (4G/5G), RAN technologies, Core, OSS/BSS, or Ericsson solutions. Proven experience in managing FOA, product pilots, NPI (New Product Introduction), or complex deployments. Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (preferred). Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (mandatory). Availability for occasional national or international travel. Experience working with North American customers will be especially valued.
