The position’s primary focus is to provide elevated project and program support to the Operations Innovation team as well as expert executive-level administrative support to the leader of the Operations Innovation team. In this role, you will be managing projects, assisting with communications, and providing administrative support. Act in Chief of Staff capacity to manage the overall Operations Innovation team (recurring meetings, strategy documents, meeting minutes, manage agendas, action item tracking – strategic and tactical)
Use problem solving skills for process improvement in systems, processes, and communications
Provide project and program support to the Operations Innovation team
Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
Provide administrative support including maintaining calendars, meeting and conference coordination, travel coordination (domestic and international), submitting expense reports, preparing communications, and ordering supplies
Perform a wide variety of non-routine administrative tasks including supporting periodic special projects or assignments
Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
Help track KPIs and financials and utilize Planisware to provide program information and updates
Assist with onboarding new, direct staff members and provide into overall extended team onboarding program
Coordinate Town Halls, Leader Alignment Meetings and Staff Meetings
Develop/draft communications and presentations in partnership with Operations Innovation Leadership
Maintain team Share Point (“who we are” materials), current org charts, and email distribution lists
Contribute to our culture of engagement, inclusion and diversity through various initiatives such as ERGs, engagement committees, etc.
Travel: potentially once per quarter
Must Haves
6+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience
Nice to Have
Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals, while building rapport internally and externally
Strong organization, technical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Project Management experience
Ability to handle confidential information
Bachelor’s degree

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,400.00 - $93,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
