A successful candidate will contribute to development and maintenance of methodologies, standards, tools and training for managing projects based on industry best practices. This person will also manage and sustain the business portfolio and prioritization process to support both base business and cross-functional programs. As a manager, program management, you will Lead the program prioritization governance and process to ensure resources are allocated across the most critical work Own the standards, processes, tools and training to support the development of core competencies in PMO program and project management, based on industry best practices Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Licensed Coffeehouses business Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports and cross-functions promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results Mentor, coach and provide training to project managers to increase their competencies in key knowledge areas of project management, including project integration, scope, time management and management of costs, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement Work with senior management to provide strategic and tactical advice on program/project planning and execution We'd love to hear from people with: 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools. 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
