Overall Purpose:
We are hiring two strategic leads—Events Strategy Lead and Single-Family Unit (SFU) Strategy Lead — to drive subscriber acquisition within AT&T Connected Communities. These roles are responsible for supporting and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and strategic program leadership.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative strategies for either events or SFU subscriber acquisition
End-to-end project management: oversee all phases of program execution to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high quality
Manage operations, including logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and resource allocations
Analyze performance data and market trends; provide actionable insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and preferred PowerBI
Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with overall distribution strategy
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and status reports to leadership and partners
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide updates and manage expectations
Ensure adherence to quality standards; proactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues or risks
Mentor less experienced staff and support team collaboration
Other duties as assigned related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
Job Contribution:
Experienced professionals, recognized for resolving complex issues, influencing executive decisions, and implementing long-term strategic plans. These leads creatively drive significant projects with autonomy and collaborate frequently with senior leadership. No direct supervisory responsibility.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired; 5+ years of related experience
Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI experience is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous sales and operations experience, ideally in event management, housing, or subscriber acquisition
Open Positions:
Earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
