Manage daily resourcing decisions, assigning designers, writers, and other creative talent based on skills, availability, and project needs. Review active and upcoming projects to determine staffing needs. Adjust assignments and schedules as project scopes or team capacity shift. Facilitate discussions to resolve resource conflicts or competing priorities. Use Workfront to track resources, generate reports, and streamline processes. Ensure consistent project intake and resourcing practices. Identify inefficiencies or recurring challenges in workflows and propose solutions. Align creative capacity with business goals and priorities. Manage and track budget for Creative, Creative Operations, and Executive Communication teams. Ensure alignment with finance partner and escalate any urgent expenditures. Organize and manage software licenses across the team in partnership with IT. Proficient in Workfront or a comparable project management tool (preferred).
